When you guys bought FS2004 was there some kind of mail in rebate in
there if you already have FS2002? If so how much is the rebate and
what do you have to provide to prove that you own FS2002? Thanks....

It was last summer and as I recall it was $10. I had to furnish some
page from the previous manual I believe.

I remember that. I didn't bother as the rebate was worth nothing in London
money. Barely the price of a daily ticket on the Underground ;)
